Responsibilities
Install & maintain coax/fiber, antennas, racks, and remote units
Read blueprints & plan cable/equipment routes
Test systems with spectrum analyzers, OTDRs, and fusion splicers
Perform PIM testing, cable sweeps, and system upgrades
Work safely at heights using lifts, bucket trucks, and ladders
Support engineers & project managers to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable reading blueprints and using hand/power tools
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
Valid driver's license
Preferred
1+ year of field installation experience (wireless preferred)
Experience with fiber splicing, coax installation, and testing equipment
