Information Technology Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and managing system administration tasks while ensuring IT systems operate efficiently and securely.

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support, demonstrating the ability to provide excellent assistance to end-users
Expertise in Information Technology and System Administration, with a solid understanding of systems, networks, and software installation
Proficiency in Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving hardware and software issues effectively
Familiarity with IT best practices, security protocols, and system maintenance processes
Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Experience with cloud-based systems or a certification in IT-related fields is a plus
