Responsibilities

Present protection packages and explain product benefits to customers
Secure financing by building strong relationships with lenders and obtaining the best approvals
Submit deals electronically and accurately enter transactions into ADP and bank systems
Process all paperwork to meet Office, DMV, and lender requirements
Track receivables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely funding
Participate in store meetings and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions
Provide courtesy follow-ups for purchased products requiring customer action
Assist the sales team during peak traffic times for an outstanding customer experience
Obtain all required licensing within 90 days of hire

Qualification

Dealership finance experienceAutomotive sales managementHigh-line brand experienceCustomer service focusComputer proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

2+ years of dealership finance experience required
Strong customer service focus and ability to work as part of a team
Self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals
Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Obtain all required licensing within 90 days of hire

Preferred

Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus
High-line brand experience preferred
