Responsibilities
Perform field observations focused on safety, quality, and procedural compliance
Spot check work crews to confirm up-to-date documentation
Report findings to the construction management team
Support a range of electrical infrastructure projects including OCS and substations
May cover one or several sites during the same shift depending on the complexity of the activities involved
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale construction
At least 2 years of experience on rail-related or similar infrastructure projects
Familiarity with AC power and catenary railroad systems
Experience with AC or DC substation power systems, depending on the assignment
Knowledge of substation construction practices
Valid driver's license and access to motor vehicle transportation
