DDI | Development Dimensions International is seeking a results-driven individual to join their Finance Operations team as a Financial Analyst. The role is essential for shaping business decisions through insightful analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

Drive financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
Support reporting enhancements and automation, including dashboards and visualization tools, to improve financial transparency
Work with ERP, CRM, and reporting systems to validate and analyze financial data for decision-making

Qualification

Financial modelingExcelERP systemsData visualization toolsSQLDAXAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles
Expert ability in Excel and financial modeling
Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with CRM and reporting tools is a plus
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

MBA or CPA preferred
Exposure to data visualization tools and basic knowledge of SQL or DAX preferred
