Project Coordinator
Lever1 is a construction company seeking a Project Coordinator to provide financial and administrative support. The role involves managing billing tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with project safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare and submit AIA billing forms, payment applications, and contract invoices
Prepare monthly financial statements
Create CORs
Ensure compliance with project safety requirements, including completion of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) documentation
Prepare and manage work orders in coordination with project teams
Assist with administrative and documentation support throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
Knowledge of OSHA 10 standards
Preferred
Notary for the State of Missouri
1-3 years professional experience, preferably in the construction industry
