Walmart Canada is a leading retailer, and they are seeking a Principal Product Manager for Channel Partnerships. This role focuses on leading the strategy and execution of Walmart Marketplace’s partner ecosystem to enhance seller adoption and GMV growth.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the Channel Partnerships product strategy, including the Marketplace App Store, Solution Provider Center, and partner onboarding

Design and scale a trusted partner ecosystem that balances ease of onboarding with strong governance, security, and quality standards

Define success metrics and continuously optimize for partner adoption, seller acquisition, onboarding time, and partner-led GMV

Partner closely with engineering, GTM, operations, legal, compliance, and international teams to deliver globally scalable solutions

Shape the long-term direction of the partner ecosystem, including global expansion, agency enablement, and new partnership models

Required

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management

Option 2: 11 years' experience in product management or related area

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products

Supervisory experience

We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
