Responsibilities

Support content creation across digital channels (social media, website, blog, email)
Assist with campaign coordination across Sales, Recruiting, and Leadership teams
Draft and refine brand-aligned messaging for various audiences and regions (U.S., Brazil, Costa Rica)
Contribute to internal communication efforts to help maintain engagement and culture
Help gather and analyze campaign performance data
Support PR, thought leadership, and content development (press releases, articles, collateral)
Collaborate with designers, vendors, and team members on communications projects
Assist with project coordination, meeting notes, and task tracking

Required

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or related field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Interest in digital marketing, communications, and brand development
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with social platforms and basic analytics concepts
Basic design experience or interest in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus
