Responsibilities
Lead HR projects involving people, process, and technology
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and operational performance
Develop tools, templates, and processes to support consistent project execution
Provide updates to HR leadership and ensure strong change management practices
Support HR system upgrades and implementations, including data gathering, testing, and training
Maintain documentation and follow project management standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
5+ years of project management experience
Proficiency with MS Office and project tools
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with all levels of the organization
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
HR experience preferred
Experience with MSP/VMS environments is beneficial
Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday
PMP certification is a plus
