Campus Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities
Support overall coordination and execution of campus events at assigned mega or primary schools
Lead relationship building on campus with students, career services, academic personnel and student organizations
Manage full life cycle recruitment process for campus and early career clinical candidates
Establish and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to identify campus hiring needs & quality candidates
With direction from Talent Acquisition leadership, lead planning, implementation, and execution of early identification talent programs
Increase the quality and diversity of our long-term hiring pipeline and expand Athletico’s brand across our core school framework
Collaborate with broader Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and cross functional managers on annual hiring plans, budgets and calendar of events
Influence hiring managers, field leaders, and broader HR team on adopting talent acquisition strategies and processes that yield high-performing talent
Track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven campus recruiting related decisions
Develop innovative, creative and proactive sourcing strategies to build high quality active and passive candidate pipeline
Stay informed of workforce trends and innovative recruitment techniques
Participate in intervention meetings with field and Talent Acquisition partners, as appropriate, to understand local recruiting challenges and identify countermeasures
Design and develop ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
Oversee maintenance of various HR systems, including ATS (applicant tracking systems), CRM (client relationship management) and onboarding platforms
Counsel hiring managers on best practices for interviewing
Ensure that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations
Participate in special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related experience required
2 years of college relations and/or campus recruiting required
Strong knowledge in campus recruiting programs
Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to prioritize changing workloads
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self-starter
Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30 – 40%, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Preferred
1 year of HR experience within a healthcare organization highly desired
Experience working with an ATS preferred
