The University of Florida is seeking a post-doctoral fellow for the Department of Management in the Warrington College of Business. The role involves conducting original research on organizational behavior topics and teaching courses related to the field.

Responsibilities

Work on original research with Dr. Amir Erez and other faculty in the Department of Management on topics of Incivility and other dysfunctional work behaviors, emotions, cognitive and meta-cognitive processes in organization
Collaborate on research projects with faculty and doctoral students in the WCB
Continue to develop own research projects under the departments’ guidance and mentorship
Teach three to four courses per year (graduate and undergraduate, covering courses such as organizational behavior and human resource management)

Required

This is a full-time position located on the main campus at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida
The candidate must have or anticipate receiving a Ph.D. in organizational behavior, psychology, or related fields of study before August 2026

Preferred

A strong background in experimental design and statistical analyses
Ability to manage and analyze complex data using R, Mplus, and SPSS
Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a research team
