The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a Seasonal Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers with day-to-day operations and smaller projects. The role involves managing assigned projects, handling administrative functions, and ensuring effective communication across relevant departments.

Responsibilities

Work on smaller projects and communicate to all relevant departments in regards-to budgeting, production, post-production

Review, Code, Authorize and submit to accounting all Invoices, Timecards and Expenses applicable to the coordinator’s projects

Manage assigned projects through to final billing

Keep detailed records of assigned projects

Assist Project Managers with staying current with actualizing

Process paperwork and assist in the creation of a digital wrap binder

Be a resource to Project Managers on a day-to-day basis for any help required

Make sure paperwork and reports are filed and or disseminated to the appropriate PMs

Required

College Degree-BA or BS in a Media related or business or Project Management program

1-2 years professional office experience

Extremely proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and Teams

Must have exceptional organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills

Experience with budgeting and planning/scheduling and managing of projects

Client handling experience

A strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Preferred

1-3 years of Production and Post-Production experience
