Responsibilities

Perform safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of midstream infrastructure including Condensate Stabilization Operator, compression, pipelines, dehydration, and measurement systems

Operate and maintain stabilizers, natural gas engines, electric motors, gas compressors, dehydration equipment, and auxiliary systems

Performs basic operational tasks such as emptying tanks, refilling fluids and inspecting tanks and facilities, and overseeing condensate and NGL truck loading

Perform basic facility and equipment tasks such as fluid refills, tank inspections, and equipment condition checks

Support construction efforts by coordinating system shutdowns, pipeline commissioning, and participating in Pre-Safety Startup Reviews (PSSR) and SIMOPS

Accurately document field activity and maintenance in compliance databases and work order systems

Ensure compliance with all DOT PHMSA, PSM and FMCSA requirements, including participation in Random Drug & Alcohol Testing programs

Demonstrate commitment to safety through the use of Stop Work Authority and adherence to all EQT safety procedures and protocols

Required

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the natural gas industry (pipeline, storage, or facility operations)

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and research skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment

Self-motivated team player with strong initiative and work ethic

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various field locations

9/80 work schedule

Preferred

Associate degree in a technical field, state electrical license, or other relevant certification

1–3 years of experience in field operations, glycol dehydration, mechanical work, or compression systems

Knowledge of gas processing and midstream infrastructure operations

Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Final placement will be based on skills and experience alignment with operational needs
