Responsibilities
Manage and drive the full-cycle recruiting process, overseeing job postings, reviewing applications and managing candidates from initial screenings and assessments through final offer negotiation
Manage multiple searches at once with a sense of urgency, prioritizing effectively and anticipating roadblocks before they arise
Ensure hiring managers are presented with qualified candidate pools that offer a broad representation of experience and background
Provide hiring managers with tools and best practices to ensure consistent interview experience
Maintain relationships with active and passive prospects
Foster strong relationships with business leaders and be an effective communicator who can influence leaders and work effectively with various stakeholders
Collaborate with HR and TA teammates to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and talent initiatives

Qualification
Required
5+ years experience
Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates
Ability to think outside the box, problem solve & anticipate
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
Based in the NYC area, with the ability to be in office 2-3 days a week (and when candidates are on-site)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
