Responsibilities

Leads all internal events
Develops project/program goals, objectives and plans in collaboration with Dean’s Office leadership
Creates long- and short-term work plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Maintains and updates work plans and timelines
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Coordinates with Event Specialist on logistics for internal events
Provides operational support and oversight of assigned programs/projects and external convenings
Coordinates the content of all internal events and supports similar functions for external convenings in collaboration with the Director
Develops project/program goals, objectives and plans in collaboration with Dean’s Office leadership
Creates long- and short-term work plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Provides support to the project team, including developing agendas, materials and summaries
Maintains and updates work plans and timelines
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Working with the Director Special Projects, partners with major external stakeholders to ensure informational needs are met
Coordinates and provides support for SPH committees
Coordinates with committee chairs on scheduling of meetings
Creates agendas and keeps minutes for committee meetings
Monitors record keeping of all committees to ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
Relevant Experience (3 Years)
