Responsibilities

Design and produce branded visual assets, including graphics, templates, and marketing materials
Support proposal and business development efforts by creating layouts, infographics, and presentation materials that enhance clarity and visual impact
Execute creative assets for internal and external communications, including presentations, proposals, digital campaigns, social media content, website graphics, and newsletters
Ensure consistent application of Atwell’s brand guidelines across all companies, platforms, and deliverables
Assist with the maintenance and evolution of brand standards, templates, and visual guidelines
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and shared design resources
Conduct periodic audits of marketing and proposal materials to ensure brand consistency
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on integrated brand initiatives
Conduct light market and competitive research to support brand positioning and creative direction
Incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines, particularly for time-sensitive proposal submissions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing (relevant internships or portfolio work accepted)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, and brand consistency
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or corporate marketing materials preferred
Experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services environment is a plus
