Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client objectives, challenges, and technical requirements
Position RSA Tech Group’s consulting and software development services as tailored, value-driven solutions
Develop and present proposals, presentations, and recommendations to executive stakeholders and decision-makers
Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract execution
Collaborate closely with delivery, leadership, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and client outcomes
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within proprietary CRM systems

Required

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within IT consulting and staff augmentation, technology services, SaaS, MSP, or custom software environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex, consultative deals
Working knowledge of digital transformation initiatives, cloud platforms, and custom software development solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

Candidates with an existing book of business or established client relationships in IT services or consulting are strongly preferred
Account Executives who introduce immediate or near-term revenue opportunities will be eligible for enhanced compensation, including accelerated commission rates or customized incentive plans aligned with revenue contribution
