Responsibilities

Engage with patients onsite at OB/GYN partner clinics to introduce the Delfina program and assist with enrollment

Educate patients about the benefits of continuous support through Delfina’s platform, using clear and empathetic communication

Guide patients through secure enrollment, ensuring accurate data entry and patient consent in compliance with HIPAA

Collaborate with clinic staff (front desk, nurses, and providers) to integrate Delfina enrollment smoothly into patient flow

Document daily activity, including number of patients approached, enrollments completed, and feedback received

Relay insights from the field to Delfina’s growth and implementation teams to improve messaging and workflow

Champion the patient experience — build trust, answer questions, and represent Delfina’s mission with professionalism and empathy

Required

Experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles, such as medical assistant, patient navigator, community health worker, or customer service in a clinical setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're warm, approachable, and confident engaging patients and clinic staff

Organizational strength and reliability — you can manage multiple conversations and maintain accurate records

Comfort with technology, including tablets, mobile apps, and HIPAA-compliant digital forms

Empathy and cultural sensitivity — ability to connect with patients of diverse backgrounds
