Responsibilities

Gain exposure to commercial lease types, structures, and key financial components
Participate in a portfolio-wide roll out of new global lease software and tools
Create customized reports and presentations that connect key data points from new leasing software and CMS system
Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials to support the firm’s strategic real estate goals
Conduct market research on areas within the existing real estate portfolio to stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Compile search criteria, drawings, and other relevant information to help explore potential new office locations

Required

Pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree with a graduation date between fall 2026 and spring 2027

A willingness to conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
