Paid Media Specialist

NTV360 is one of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to manage and execute social media ads and paid search campaigns. The role involves collaborating with franchisees and optimizing campaigns to help clients achieve their goals.
Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, report, and check-in calls with clients
Manage and optimize campaigns via Ads Manager and Business Suite, for clients across various sectors
Beta test LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok ads for potential future expansion
Compile and present campaign performance reports
Utilize Canva, CapCut and Adobe platforms to design visually engaging presentations and reports
Oversee a team of graphic designers to create dynamic social media ads, including reels, and ensure content is optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn feeds
Develop campaign strategies aimed at boosting ROI and driving consistent month-over-month growth
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring quality control and accurate data tracking (including pixel setups, ad sequencing, and lookalike audiences)
Conduct A/B testing on ad sets, creatives, captions, and other elements to improve campaign performance

Required

Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on establishing trust and fostering long-term partnerships

A team-oriented approach focused on both personal and professional growth
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-driven, with an eye for identifying areas of improvement
Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite/LinkedIn Ads and running campaigns

Preferred

1+ years of experience in any paid media campaigns
Familiarity with Reels editing and Monday.com
