Responsibilities
Act as a thought partner to clients and prospects, helping them connect insights to market moves and investment opportunities in the power sector
Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to showcase data value through impactful content, demos of the platform, and discussions
Analyze trends across US power markets—specifically solar, battery storage, and data canters—using the platform’s unique geospatial and AI data
Act as the voice of the market internally, gathering customer feedback to suggest new features and prioritize the product roadmap
Produce compelling content, including market commentary and reports, that showcases the product’s edge and drives market engagement
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and genuine interest in the energy and financial sector
Strong understanding of US power market fundamentals
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience working at a data provider, utility company, or trading house
Quantitatively inclined and comfortable with data analysis
Strong Excel skills
Some knowledge of SQL or Python is a bonus
Strong understanding of supply and demand, grid interconnection, and capacity forecasts
Interest in how products are built and developed
