Responsibilities
Builds and maintains pipelines of qualified passive and active candidates using Workday's Candidate Engagement function to support immediate and future staffing needs
Develops and executes proactive sourcing strategies aligned with system-wide workforce priorities
Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to develop outreach messaging that reflects Riverside's employer brand and employee value proposition
Leverages labor market data, competitor insights, and emerging recruitment trends to identify and engage talent through diverse channels, including social media, niche job boards, professional associations, and community networks
Tracks sourcing activity, campaign results, and conversion metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
Responsible for recruitment of difficult/hard-to-fill roles as deemed necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree, Business/Human Resources or related
5-6 years full cycle recruitment experience
Preferred
2 years recruitment sourcing experience
Professional in Human Resource (PHR) - Human Resources Certification Institute
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) - Association of International Recruiters (AIRS) or equivalent within 1 Year
