Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Category Transformation: Fundamentally alter the approach to sourcing third-party labor, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and managed services by consolidating the supply base into a high-performing group of preferred suppliers

Collaborate with Global Stakeholders: Partner with Technology, Operations, and Global Business Services to align procurement strategies with product development and pricing while promoting Supplier Diversity and Sustainability initiatives

Drive Cost Optimization and Innovation: Pioneer innovative sourcing solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and maximize value from technology and labor investments

Required

10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, with a proven track record in process transformation and end-to-end procurement optimization

Strong knowledge of procurement technologies (such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Fusion) and a deep understanding of labor supply markets and Business Process Outsourcing trends

Proven ability in strategic leadership and stakeholder management, with the capacity to influence Executive Leadership Teams and drive a performance-based culture

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
