Responsibilities

Leadership of high-stakes Tiger Teams at supplier sites to stabilize critical programs and safeguard key delivery commitments
Driving of executive-level alignment on root causes, risk mitigation strategies, and long-term supplier development roadmaps
Challenging of suppliers at technical, operational, and leadership levels to increase maturity and strengthen capabilities
Influence on cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to enable rapid decision-making and disciplined execution
Establishment of transparency and accountability through KPIs, structured performance reviews, and escalation governance
Identification of structural weaknesses within the supply base and guidance of strategic improvement initiatives

Required

Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
Extensive professional experience in complex manufacturing environments (e.g. aerospace, automotive, or similar industries), preferably with a focus on supplier performance, operations, or quality leadership
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional crisis or turnaround initiatives at senior level, including hands-on on-site engagement
Advanced expertise in root cause analysis, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and data-driven decision-making
Strong executive presence and communication capabilities, including the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels and supplier leadership teams
Deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industrial standards, combined with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and drive strategic improvements
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
