Responsibilities

Product: Participate in developing product strategy and roadmap for lead generation flows, from traffic intake to lender delivery
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, revenue metrics, and lead quality to drive optimization
Lead experimentation efforts (A/B testing) across forms, qualification logic, routing rules, and UX
Partner closely with marketing and growth teams to improve traffic monetization and user experience
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to lending and data privacy regulations (e.g., FCRA, consent, disclosures)
Track and report on product performance using clear KPIs and dashboards

Required

3 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or ad/lead-tech
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools
Experience working with APIs and third-party partners
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Sheet; SQL)
Experience running experiments and using data to inform decisions
Excellent communication and management skills
