Responsibilities
Welcome all new patients and families by greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate area or person
Inform team members of incoming admissions or discharges
Provide excellent customer service from admission to discharge
Ensure welcome and discharge gifts are presented to patients
Provide a positive experience for patients, families, and visitors
Implement welcoming amenities for each incoming patient
Follow up with current patients to make sure everything is going okay and more
Qualification
Required
High school graduate with data systems, keyboarding, word processing or comparable experience
Previous customer service/front desk experience required
Preferred
Minimum of one year of clerical, typing or word processing experience preferred
