Responsibilities
Improve the availability and quality of data supporting analytic models and dashboards
Translate results based on understanding of the target audience (up and down the organization)
Use data transformation techniques that enable data exploration from multiple perspectives
Recommend enhancements to ETL data processes
Independently plan and establish next steps to drive projects forward
Promote best practices in development and document process steps as needed
Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity and model performance
Work with partners by actively listening to their needs and offering feedback to ensure desirable outcomes
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to:
Attend team meetings and trainings as needed
Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
One to Three (1-3) years of professional experience in an analytics role
Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
Proficient query language knowledge (SQL)
Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau)
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and implement solutions
Preferred
Experience combining data from different sources to produce visually appealing deliverables
