Responsibilities
Managing and executing social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video content
Planning and executing content days independently
Writing strong captions, hooks, and on-brand copy
Staying ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices
Ensuring brand consistency across all content
Managing posting schedules and content calendars
Reviewing performance and adjusting content based on what’s working
Collaborating with the Brandika team when needed — but owning execution
Qualification
Required
You can edit videos confidently (Reels, TikToks, Shorts — native, fast, clean)
You're proactive — you spot gaps and fix them without being asked
You're extremely detail-oriented (captions, hooks, timing, formatting — no BS)
You genuinely love social media and stay on top of trends, updates, and platform shifts
You have excellent grammar and writing skills
You're creative AND hands-on — ideas are useless without execution
You can run a content day on your own (planning, shooting, adapting on the fly)
You understand branding, aesthetics, and consistency
You're comfortable working independently and fully owning your work
