Responsibilities

Quantity surveying and other associated basic assigned tasks to assist in producing project estimates and support the preconstruction team

Check Plans and Specifications to ensure all documents are correct and received

Maintains preferred vendor and subcontractor bid list and ensures accuracy of contacts listed

Communicate "persistently" with subcontractors during bidding process to gauge bidding interest as well as following up to review project scope and pricing

Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: All Preconstruction Software that may include: Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Revit, Building Connected, On-screen Take Off, Agtek, Procore, Viewpoint Field Work Center, HCSS, and Destini

Ability to work under constant pressure and perform well in order to complete the required targets

Perform quantity takeoffs

Excellent communication skills and time management practices
