Responsibilities

Support recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment activities
Assist with posting requisitions
Help source and identify potential candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases
Review and screen resume to match qualified candidates to open roles
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Workday
Participate in initial phone screens or candidate outreach when appropriate
Participate in Intake Sessions with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Help to create candidate pools in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required

0 or more years of applicable experience
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time

Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)
Making independent decisions

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Obtaining a bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and/or Leadership
