Responsibilities

Lead new manufacturing process development and improve existing processes

Serve as a subject matter expert for tooling and manufacturing methods

Select and manage tooling, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving to drive cost savings

Determine machines, tools, and operation sequences for production and assembly

Recommend and support the design of production machines and plant equipment

Partner with engineering, commercial teams, and external vendors

Drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity

Prepare and present technical reports and data-driven recommendations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

Strong background in tooling and process development

Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred

Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred)

Experience with structured problem-solving and cost savings initiatives

CAD experience is a plus
