IT Project Manager - Full Time/Direct Hire - Columbus, OH - Hybrid - Local/W2 candidates only
Stafford Technology is seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to oversee and lead a range of IT projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid technical background to manage cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the execution of IT projects, ensuring the successful completion of all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop project plans (i.e. collect & evaluate requirements, schedule, budget, resource allocation, define milestones, create project artifacts, etc.)
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to report project status, identify risks, and coordinate solutions
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes
Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to deliver projects effectively
Ensure all project documentation, including schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, are accurate and up to date
Proactively manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future initiatives
Maintain a strong understanding of business goals and ensure IT projects align with overall organizational strategy
Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control
Ability to communicate ideas in both a technical and user-friendly language as well as write comprehensive documentation
Comply with the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in related Information Technology, Business / Business Administration or equivalent work experience
3 – 5+ years of related experience in IT project management
Experience managing software development, infrastructure, and / or cybersecurity projects
Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and software development
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. Azure DevOps, Monday.com, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects
Strong organizational and leadership skills
A high level of adaptability to changing technologies and evolving landscapes
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in change management

Experience with BPO industry is a plus
