Customer Advisor - TradePoint
B&Q is committed to helping customers improve their homes and is seeking a TradePoint Customer Advisor. In this role, you will engage with trade members, recommend products and services, and build relationships to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
Help deliver a great experience for our TradePoint members by engaging, listening & selling the right products & services
Deal with all kinds of trade members every day
Take ownership of your TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations
Recommend the right products and services for them
Build relationships with customers & identify new business opportunities
Helping trade members get great value through promotions and signing up of our trade loyalty scheme
Continuously develop your skills through training and by learning from others
Pitch in as part of a team and work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays
Qualification
Required
Great communicator and team worker
Ability to get on with all kinds of colleagues and customers
Adjust approach in different situations
Build relationships with customers
Eye for new business opportunities
Help trade members get great value through promotions
Sign up trade loyalty scheme
Willingness to continuously develop skills through training
Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
