Responsibilities
Assist customers by phone and email with product questions and order support
Review customer quotes and understand project requirements
Enter and process sales orders accurately
Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure timely delivery
Keep customers updated on order status and resolve issues
Perform data entry, order tracking, and general admin tasks
Support daily operations within the customer service department
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented
Able to multitask
Work well in a team environment
Preferred
Manufacturing experience
QuickBooks experience
