They are seeking a full-time Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Program Manager to oversee direct support professionals and ensure that services are person-centered while promoting advocacy within residential homes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate medical appointments and behavior support plans

Lead person-centered planning and promote self-advocacy

Develop and manage budgets; oversee expenditures and financial records

Ensure cost-effective operations and proper documentation

Promote frequent community outings and use of local resources

Engage families and natural supports in activity planning

Ensure homes meet safety, licensing, and maintenance standards

Address site needs and provide emergency shift coverage

Maintain respectful communication with families, professionals, and staff

Participate in and document meetings; facilitate inter-agency communication

Oversee individuals’ health needs, medical services, and hygiene support

Model positive behavior, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems creatively

Hire, train, and manage support staff; provide ongoing feedback and team leadership
