Responsibilities

Author articles to support the ongoing development of Shiseido Americas’ internal messaging calendar and platforms including regional intranet
Assist with the planning and execution of internal events and company experiences
Assist with the development of Shiseido Americas’ annual Employee Recognition Program
Assist with the strategic planning and development of content for corporate social media platforms
Assist with the planning of initiatives related to Shiseido Americas’ social impact program The Beauty of Helping Others, as needed
Create reports/recaps on department's initiatives including corporate announcements, media coverage, and events

Qualification

Communications majorPassion for cosmeticsHighly organizedEffective communication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
