Responsibilities

General construction experience - in-house or law firm is required

Experience with drafting and negotiation of various professional consulting documents

Experience with identification and management of risks related to the construction industry

Experience with project management, construction management, cost management, and consultant agreements

Experience with insurance coverages in the construction industry including professional liability, commercial general liability, auto, builders’ risk, and cyber liability

Experience with general corporate matters including corporate governance and regulatory compliance
