Human Resources Intern (Spring)
Safra National Bank is a leading private bank dedicated to serving high net worth clients. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern for Spring 2026 to assist with various HR tasks including exit interviews, new hire orientations, and coordination of employee events.

Responsibilities
Schedule, coordinate and conduct analysis of all exit interviews
Schedule, coordinate and conduct analysis of all new hire and manager check-ins
Welcome Florida new hires on day 1 and conduct their I-9’s & prepare new hire materials/folders and ensure adequate inventories in all locations
Place monthly breakfast orders, distribute birthday cards, send birthday email and set-up support for Florida
Service award presentations in FL and order awards
Send monthly service awards list, new hire list and any event pictures to Marketing for the newsletter
Coordinate social employee events and set-up support for Florida
Support with Summer internship program preparation for Florida arrivals
Assist with audits
Monitor the HR email inbox
Complete any other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Must be an undergraduate student in the Spring 2026
Must be majoring in an educational field that is relevant to the department
Demonstrated interest in HR area
Submit school transcript and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
Submit a resume and a well-written cover letter
Available to work on Mondays and at least 3 days a week, in person
Positive attitude combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills
Good communication, analytical and written skills
Ability to effectively multitask and manage deadlines
Demonstrate strong professional work ethic and an ability to work well in a team environment
Demonstrate strong ability to work independently and manage deadlines
