Responsibilities
Story Mining & Narrative Strategy: Proactively seek out stories across our businesses from projects and people to process and place. Turn them into powerful digital narratives that spark emotion, showcase expertise, and elevate brand perception
Content Creation & Creative Direction: Plan, produce, and publish content for Instagram and other emerging platforms. Capture photos and video, write captions, and collaborate with creative partners to deliver visually stunning, story-driven content that reflects our lifestyle and design ethos
Influence & Brand Growth: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, photographers, and aligned brands. Lead social campaigns that expand awareness in luxury resort markets, drive engagement, and attract future clients and collaborators
Community & Engagement: Own our online community. Engage daily with followers, comments, and DMs in a warm, human, and slightly witty voice. Create opportunities for audience interaction, surprise-and-delight moments, and user-generated storytelling
Performance & Evolution: Monitor metrics across platforms to understand what resonates most. Translate data into creative adjustments, refine content strategy, and continually elevate how we show up digitally, with both intention and personality
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital brand management
Proven success growing and engaging audiences through strong creative direction and storytelling across multiple platforms
Demonstrated skill in content creation, writing, visuals, and video, with a portfolio that showcases creativity and measurable impact
Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, analytics, and the balance between paid and organic growth
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and creative problem-solving abilities
Strong grasp of brand voice, aesthetic sensibility, and emerging digital and influencer trends
Experience using social scheduling, listening, and reporting tools to drive strategy and insight
