On-Call Administrative Assistant
THE RIGHT STAFF, LLC is partnering with a Twin Cities-based non-profit to hire an On-Call Administrative Assistant. This role involves providing on-call support for front desk coverage, responding to inquiries, and managing office resources.

Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from callers, visitors, staff members, clients, or volunteers and direct them to the appropriate referral
Oversee Outlook calendars for conference rooms, van fleet & other resources
Distribute and deliver US and inter-office mail daily
Order and maintain inventory supplies
Maintain program information in lobby and common areas
Other admin duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Required!
1+ year of office support experience
General availability to work at least 3 days of the week – Monday – Friday, business hours without scheduling conflicts
Comfortable with the on-call, as-needed nature of this job
Preferred
Reception experience preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus: Somali or Spanish are Ideal!
