Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and client audits related to information security

Assist in building out knowledgebase across multiple product lines and business units

Periodically confirm the accuracy of knowledgebase and any technology or policy enhancements

Develop trust portal and marketing content related to information security

Become subject matter expert within product lines and business units

Build relationships with global teams across Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Compliance, IT and Legal

Define and publish quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess the success of the program

Assist in vulnerability remediation and tracking

Interface between sales and technology leaders to articulate risk and be the voice of the customer

May oversee some application-level penetration tests

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information assurance, MIS or related field, or equivalent industry experience

Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, and ability to manage complex security requirements

Preferred

Prior experience within Information Technology or Information Security field preferred
