Responsibilities
Gather and interpret data to solve problems and uncover opportunities
Recommend solutions that improve processes and drive efficiency
Create reporting and metrics, providing analysis that leads to actionable outcomes
Present findings that enable alignment and informed decision-making
Support problem-solving initiatives and respond to customer requests
Document business processes and recommend improvements
Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and resolve issues
Collaborate across functions, geographies, and cultures to achieve results
Organize and prioritize multiple activities in a dynamic environment
Influence and partner with peers to get work done through others
Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
2+ years of experience in a business support or analytical role
Detail-oriented with intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills
Self-starter who works independently under general supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Domestic and international travel may be required
Preferred
Experience with Power BI, SQL, DataBricks, and Tungsten; SAP experience is a bonus
