Responsibilities

Review and assign insurance account submissions to placement consultants based on region, specialty, capacity, and other relevant factors
Communicate with agency members and carriers to clarify requests and resolve discrepancies
Act as primary backup for the policy services team, resolving agency member service requests related to endorsements, billing, documents, claims, audits, and other items
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all service-related workflows
Use reporting tools to track activity, verify data integrity, and assist service and placement directors in managing team capacity, trends, and outcomes
Monitor compliance with Renaissance procedures, standards, and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with leadership and peers to identify process and service improvements
Support overall team success through proactive problem-solving and workflow optimization

Required

Property & Casualty Insurance industry knowledge including familiarity with placement processes, policy services, and the broader insurance ecosystem
Analytical & detail-oriented with ability to interpret data, ensure accuracy, and maintain integrity across multiple systems
Solutions-focused mindset proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective resolutions
Strong communication skills capable of engaging professionally with agency members, carriers, and internal team members
Organizational excellence skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Accountability & ownership demonstrating responsibility for deadlines, accuracy, and overall quality of deliverables
Collaborative perspective understanding how individual contributions impact team capacity and company objectives
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new systems and tools
