Responsibilities
Support month-end close activities related to project financials, including reviewing project costs, recording accruals, calculating project labor costs, and performing reconciliations
Maintain project-level accounting records, including billing, job costing, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Assist with project billing for various contract types, such as Percentage of Completion (POC) and Time & Materials (T&M)
Reconcile payroll costs to project time postings to ensure accurate labor allocations
Collaborate across departments to support project accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate financial information
Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects or additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project accounting or finance experience supporting complex, multi-year programs
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Hands-on project accounting experience
Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with Oracle
CPA License
