The main function of a Data Center Technician is to monitor software and handle troubleshooting of large GPU deployments in a hyperscale enterprise data center environment.

Responsibilities
Monitor software to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions
Demonstrate expertise in standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment
Provide input for suggested modifications to these processes and procedures as needed to improve service quality and efficiency
Provide guidance to other technicians
Qualification
Required
5+ years of dedicated Data Center experience and 2+ years of experience leading teams of datacenter technicians required for DCT Leads
5+ years of Data Center experience required for L4 DCTs
3+ years of Data Center experience required for L3 DCTs
3+ years of DC experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
