Responsibilities

Manage the TikTok Shop's top creator community by organizing and promoting community activities and incentive programs to enhance engagement and activity levels within the community

Assist in the operation of creator events, including activity design, promotional materials, and event marketing to ensure successful execution

Support the organization and hosting of offline events for creators and partners, facilitating communication and synergy within the creator ecosystem

Required

Currently Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Proven skills in data analysis
