New Grad, Entry LevelMaineHealth is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our Urogynecology practice. This role is essential for supporting both the care team and the patients through efficient front-office operations and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
Answer and triage incoming telephone calls
Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
Support clinic operations to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
Qualification
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred
Proficient computer skills
