Program Manager, Corporate Training & Patient Excellence

The Program Manager, Corporate Training & Patient Excellence will manage and support training programs, develop educational content, and collaborate with various departments to align training with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Program Management and tactical support for internal and customer training programs (New Hire, Continuing Education, Clinical/Staff)
Develop training agendas, and coordinate cross-functional content, tools and resources
Transfer clinical, procedural, and therapy knowledge into effective training content
Facilitate internal and staff training sessions
Track KPIs, apply evaluation frameworks (e.g., five levels), analyze results, and optimize program impact
Design & develop multi-channel curriculum and content for internal and customer education (in-person, hands-on, virtual and e-learning)
Administer the learning management system and content, including licensing, module development, updates, and maintenance
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Product Development to align education with business goals and product launches
Enable sales representatives with the knowledge and tools to effectively demonstrate, sell, and support Neuros products
Coordinate training and education events, including planning, execution, and optimization
Manage program budgets and vendors, including platform vendors, hotels, and meeting/lab facilities
Oversee supplies, demos, resources and tools to support new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs

Required

Strong project management, instructional design, and presentation skills
Experience in managing end-to-end logistics of organized training events with measurable results
Deep understanding of medical devices, clinical applications, and the healthcare market
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities
Experience in a regulated industry (Pharma/Med Device)
Familiarity with online learning management systems and tool sets using training (i.e. Allego, Seismic, Articulate, Camtasia, Synthesia, etc.)
MS Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
2 year Technical Certification or bachelor's degree
Experience in clinic or site office or field clinical support role
Experience in corporate development, sales training/sales support, or HCP & Allied Health training education
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies related to adult training & education
Compliance experience: AdvaMed, FDA, Sunshine Act, etc
5 or more years of related experience

Located in Minnesota, where the Neuros Medical company headquarters are located
