AXL Global Consulting is looking for experienced individuals to join their Dayforce Human Capital/Workforce Management consulting team. As an HCM/WFM Consultant, you will assist clients in implementing the Dayforce HCM & WFM software solution, demonstrating strong client and project management skills while solving business problems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and engage with clients to understand business requirements and regulatory compliance needs

Conduct workshops and meetings to gather functional and technical requirements for configuring Dayforce Payroll or Workforce Management

Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the project, track progress and communicate issues/risks to ensure successful system delivery

Work with the client to understand requirements and business needs

Solution design and gap analysis along with customization requirements

System Configuration including interfaces with applicable systems

Testing – including system test plan creation, unit testing, and parallel testing with client

Assist client with change management. Collect and analyze relevant data and take action accordingly

Manage and resolve client issues

Train clients

Manage production plan

Create support plan and oversee transition to support

Collaboration with internal AXL team to assist fellow consultants where needed

Management of multiple projects simultaneously

Required

Creative problem solving and business judgment

Experience working independently without daily supervision

Ability to multitask between different projects and clients

Client management experience required

Experience with WFM systems (UKG, Workbrain, Red Prairie, Dayforce, Novatime, etc.) required

Demonstrated experience with HCM/WFM solution concepts such as Time & Attendance, Entitlements, Accruals, Leave Management, Employee Scheduling, Attendance Management, Pay Rules and Benefits

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in implementing, configuring, and testing Dayforce HCM/WFM solutions or similar (PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Lawson, UKG (UltiPro and Kronos), Workbrain, Red Prairie, Novatime, etc.)

Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements OR workforce planning, scheduling, time tracking, and labor compliance regulations

Proficiency in analyzing and working with large data sets including data transformation

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Expert proficiency with MSOffice Suite - specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
