Responsibilities

Design and implement automated processes and trading platforms to improve operational workflows and scalability
Lead initiatives to enhance trade execution through data-driven analysis and technology-based solutions
Oversee and guide a team in executing trades across diverse asset classes with accuracy and efficiency
Manage liquidity and funding activities, including cash optimization, stock lending, repo, and foreign exchange, in close coordination with finance teams
Collaborate with portfolio teams to structure trading strategies that maximize tax efficiency
Stay current on global regulatory frameworks and market-specific requirements, particularly in emerging markets

Required

Deep knowledge of global regulatory compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Analytical thinker passionate about process optimization and electronic execution
Willingness to travel internationally as required
